Unfortunately, none of our hitch manufacturers offer a hitch fit for the 2010 Lexus IS 350 convertible.
If you were wanting to use the hitch to carry a bike rack, your best bet would be to use a trunk mounted bike rack like the Over-The-Top for 2 bikes, # HRF2 or for 3 bikes as part # HRF2-3.

That is quite an array of bikes you have there. I can certainly recommend a trunk mount bike carrier for your 2014 Lexus IS 350 but please keep in mind you will need an adapter bar for the two deep drop tube bikes and none of them can weigh more than 33 lbs as that is the max weight a trunk mount bike rack can handle per bike.

Both the Curt # C11389 and the Draw-Tite # 24923 for the 2019 Lexus IS350 are similar in appearance have similar installation procedures and share the same capacities. I have a similar bike rack that will work well for you, but the Dr. Tray part # Y02474 that you referenced will only fit Class II 1-1/4 inch trailer hitches and the Curt hitch part # C11372 is a Class I hitch.
